About the Role
As a Change & Transformation Consultant at Switch Consulting Group, you will partner with clients to navigate complex business transformations and help organizations successfully adopt new ways of working.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, transformation leaders, and project teams, helping clients align leadership, engage stakeholders, manage organizational impacts, and accelerate adoption across technology implementations, AI transformations, process improvements, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. One day you may be facilitating an executive alignment workshop, and the next you may be developing a transformation roadmap, leading a stakeholder engagement strategy, or helping a client prepare their workforce for a major change.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients to understand business objectives, transformation goals, organizational challenges, and adoption risks.
Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder impacts, and potential barriers to success.
Design and execute transformation strategies that support both business outcomes and employee adoption.
Lead transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation and sustainment.

Facilitate executive alignment sessions, leadership workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
Coach leaders on their role in driving transformation and adoption.
Develop leadership communication and engagement strategies.
Equip leaders with tools, messaging, and action plans to support their teams through change.

Develop stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption strategies.
Identify organizational risks and resistance points and develop mitigation plans.
Measure readiness, adoption, and transformation effectiveness.
Conduct post-implementation assessments and lessons learned.

Establish governance structures, decision-making processes, and operating rhythms.
Facilitate steering committees, leadership forums, and executive governance meetings.
Manage project plans, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
Monitor transformation progress and recommend course corrections when needed.

Support technology-enabled, digital, and AI transformation initiatives.
Help clients prepare for evolving workforce needs and future-state ways of working.
Develop strategies that accelerate adoption while minimizing organizational disruption.
Support capability-building and organizational readiness efforts.

Support business development activities, proposals, and client pursuits.
Contribute to thought leadership, methodologies, and intellectual property development.
Share knowledge, mentor team members, and help strengthen our culture of learning and collaboration.

10+ years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, transformation, communications, training, program leadership, or related consulting disciplines.
Experience supporting technology, digital, AI, process, operating model, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
Experience working directly with executive and senior leadership stakeholders.
Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced environments.
